CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to change an address or cancel an order, please send an email to onlineinfo@voya.ie or call us on +353 71 91 61872 within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please be aware that we may not be able to cancel or amend orders during peak promotional periods.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

When you purchase online at voya.ie, you have a statutory right to a “cooling-off” period. Customers may return their order within 28 days from the day they acquire physical possession of the products. To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by contacting our Customer Service Team at onlineinfo@voya.ie. Please note, we cannot accept any returns before receiving this notification.

VOYA will gladly offer a refund on any unwanted items, excluding the original delivery cost, provided they are returned to us within 28 days from the date you received them.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and documentation intact. We recommend obtaining a “proof of return” from your shipping agent to ensure your package arrives safely, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

If an item is found to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, including those due to a change of mind, customers are kindly asked to arrange and pay for return postage themselves.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned products, provided they are returned within 28 days of receipt or you provide proof of return. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal).

If you did not purchase your product directly from www.voya.ie, please contact the retailer where the product was bought.

Health & Hygiene

We regret that products which have been unsealed after delivery cannot be refunded or exchanged (except if faulty), as they are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Damages

Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the products.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we would hope to resolve any problems you may have. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team by email at onlineinfo@voya.ie.

ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION

All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications, and advertising on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products. Save as prohibited by law, we reserve the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these terms and conditions. Where you have been entitled to any multi-buy discount or free offers due to the size or value of your order exceeding a certain quantity or amount, and any Products are returned (except for an exchange where products are faulty/defective), we are entitled to either require the return of all Products delivered as part of that offer at your cost or charge you for the Products retained by you at the full price quoted on this site. Your statutory rights are not affected.
