Business Development Manager (Maternity Cover – 14 Months) 

About the Role 

Location: Ireland (Hybrid/Remote with Travel) 

As Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on expanding VOYA’s footprint in the luxury spa sector, building strategic relationships, and contributing to market share growth. You’ll act as a trusted partner to our clients while championing VOYA’s ethos of sustainability, wellness, and innovation. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify, pursue, and onboard new B2B clients within the luxury spa, hotel, and wellness industry in Ireland.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular contact, support, and account management.
  • Represent VOYA at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal marketing, training, and customer service teams. 
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform business strategy. 
  • Uphold and promote VOYA’s values of excellence, authenticity, and sustainability. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the professional spa industry, ideally in a luxury B2B area. 
  • A relationship-focused individual with a proven ability to drive sales and nurture accounts. 
  • Passion for organic skincare, luxury wellness, and sustainability. 
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently. 
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
