1. Client Service Administrator

The Role

Provide a high level of customer service via phone and email, supporting the orders team to process orders and payments, for B2B and B2C orders.

This role is based in our Head office in Sligo, Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm and 40 hours per week.

Essential Experience

  • A minimum of one year in customer service. 
  • Knowledge of software programmes. Ideally Sage.
  • A minimum of intermediate computer skills.

      2. Spa Business Development Manager (East Coast of Ireland)

      The Role

      Have you established business relationships within the luxury Spa industry in Ireland, can you build positive customer relationships? Do you have a positive self-starter attitude? Then this role could be for you.

      Supporting the Head of Global Sales, you will work to increase VOYA’s presence within the luxury spa industry by identifying and pitching new business opportunities to increase VOYA’s market share within Ireland. The ideal candidate will maintain productive relationships and increase sales opportunities with existing clients by providing event support and meeting regularly to inform clients of new product launches, treatments, special offers and all relevant VOYA updates. The ability to identify any training and development needs for each client and communicating these to the Head of Training to create and implement action plans will also be an important aspect of this role.

      The Role

      To oversee key Corporate B2B relationships and franchise partners alongside being proactive in increasing new business across the US territory. Maintaining the financial growth of our spa partners and identify opportunities to increase profitability. Maintain excellent customer service levels and increase VOYA's market share within the US.

      Essential Qualifications

      Qualified Esthetician or Body Massage Spa Qualification.

      Desired Qualifications

      • Sales/Business management or similar.
      • Face & body therapist is desirable.

      3 years in a similar role within the luxury Spa industry.
