1. Spa Business Development Manager (USA)

The Role

To oversee key Corporate B2B relationships and franchise partners alongside being very proactive in increasing new business across the US territory. Maintaining their financial growth on same spa/store sales growth. Identifying opportunities to increase profitability. Maintaining excellent customer service levels and increasing VOYA's market share within the US.

Essential Qualifications

Qualified Esthetician or Body Massage Spa Qualification.

Desired Qualifications

  • Sales/Business management or similar.
  • Face & body therapist is desirable. 

Essential Experience

3 years in a similar role within the luxury Spa industry.

Essential Skills

  • Analytical skills on sales reports and performance.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Excellent word Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Wide knowledge on competitive, and industry benchmarking with research capability.

The Ideal Candidate Must

  • Be able to work on own initiative and be a self-starter.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

2. International Trainer. (UK Based)

The Role

To train VOYA protocols, history and product knowledge into spas, salons, and retail outlets worldwide in a professional manner. Significant International and national travel, managing and organising travel plans efficiently, and effectively.

Essential Qualifications

Qualified Esthetician or Body Massage Spa Qualification.

Essential Experience

2 years in a similar role within the luxury Spa industry.

Primary responsibilities: 

  • To plan and organise onsite training as per company standard operating procedures, in an organised and cost-efficient manner, Maintaining the Voya brand and ethos. Determining current and future training needs for Voya customers.
  • To run successful promotion days as required in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
  • Monitor’s training programmes and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary.
  • Work with the Head of Global Sales to support effective launching of new products.   Promoting all Voya products and treatments, upselling Voya products and treatments during training events.
  • Ensure all admin is completed in an efficient manner i.e., certificates, training feedback forms, diary management, confirming all bookings. Ensuring compliance with Voya policies, practices, and European GDPR legislation.
  • Build positive relationships with accounts.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends. Identifying and benchmarking against competitor’s standards. Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods.
  • Oversees training programmes that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more. Maintaining all training stock levels and shipments in advance.
