VOYA DELIVERY DETAILS

We deliver worldwide safely and securely using UPS.

All parcels are fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from VOYA with your tracking number and courier details. Please refer to this tracking number if you need to contact the courier regarding your delivery.

A delivery attempt will be made where possible, and a signature may be required upon delivery.

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes provided. However, all products are subject to availability and delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control. For this reason, delivery timeframes are estimates only.

If your order has not been delivered within 21 days, you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a full refund, including any delivery charges paid. We are not liable for any additional losses or costs resulting from delays or non-delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or refusal, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Please note that deliveries are made on working days only.

Typical delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

  • Ireland and Northern Ireland: 2 working days.
  • United Kingdom: 2–4 working days.
  • EU and channel Islands: 3–7 working days.
  • Rest of World: 5–10 working days.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.
  • Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched and handed to the courier.
  • During peak periods such as bank holidays, promotional events, and the Christmas season, there may be delays in processing, dispatch, and delivery.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping restrictions may apply to certain destinations.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or refusal, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

Some VOYA products require specific packaging or transport due to regulatory requirements. As a result, certain items may not be available for delivery to all locations. If this affects your order, we will notify you.

For deliveries outside the EU, shipping charges do not include any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees. These are set by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot control or estimate these charges.

For international orders, you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

Customs documentation is completed electronically as part of the shipping process.
