We're Hiring a Client Services Administrator

About the Role:

As a Client Services Administrator, you'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring a smooth and efficient order management process for our luxury B2B clients and B2C web customers across Europe and the USA. You'll work closely with different departments to manage orders, resolve customer queries, and provide top-tier service to our high-value clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process European, USA, and web orders, assisting team members as needed.
  • Be the go-to person for customer order queries and issue resolution.
  • Communicate with the wider team on stock levels, new product launches, and logistical updates.
  • Work alongside Planning, Finance, and Purchasing to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills – outgoing, positive, and solutions-focused.
  • Experience with Sage 200 (highly desirable).
  • Strong ability to problem-solve and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
