Directions for Use
For best results soak the seaweed and sea salt in a bath of hot water, ensure that you add cool water if desired to ensure a comfortable bath temperature.
The seaweed will naturally hydrate and spring back to life. The hot water will release the plant's alginate properties, squeezing the seaweed will also help to release more gel. You can keep the seaweed in the net or release the seaweed from the net if desired.
The seaweed can be dried and re-used within three days. The sea salt contained in the package with the seaweed should be used with your first bath. The extra package of sea salt included can then be used between your second & third baths.
Take care when entering and leaving the bath as the gel is very slippery.
After Use
The seaweed also makes an excellent organic garden fertiliser.

Hi Carol,
Many thanks for your question. It very much depends on the individual person. However, we would suggest that it is good to do 3 baths a week for 6 weeks, then one per month to maintain.
The seaweed can be dried and reused within three days. We would recommend draining the water after each bath. If possible, scoop up the seaweed and keep it in a bowl overnight. The following days/nights refill the bath and place the seaweed into the water from the bowl. The sea salt contained in the package with the seaweed should be used with your first bath. The extra package of sea salt included can then be used between your second & third baths.

Hi Aimee,
Thank you for your question. We recommend soaking the seaweed in a bath of hot water (typically the temperature your hot tap would release). Ensure that you either let the bath cool for a period or else add cool water as desired to ensure a comfortable bath temperature before entering the water.
Kind Regards,
