1. Business Development Manager

VOYA are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our fast growing and dynamic team.

About the Role:

This role is to offer excellent client service to our current Irish customers and also to increase our market share in new business.

This role would suit those based on the West Coast or Northern Counties of Ireland.

Required Skills:

  • The role requires a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in B2B within the Spa industry. Ideally within the luxury beauty brand spa industry.
  • The role requires someone with a flair for achieving sales targets, who can promote and communicate the brand to expand our customer base.
  • Certificate in Beauty Therapy is essential.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communicator.
  • Self-driven.
  • Excellent planning skills.
  • Good level of Microsoft, power-point, and word.
  • Flexible.
  • Great Team player.
  • Full driving license.
  • Adaptable.

2. International Trainer - Ireland Based 

VOYA are looking for a dynamic International Trainer. The role is to train all VOYA products and treatments within the high-end luxury Spa and Retail arena B2B.

About the Role:

The role is for national and international B2B accounts. VOYA supplies multiple global luxury accounts, and the role involves extensive worldwide travel to these luxury resorts and businesses.

  • This is a fixed term one year contract with the potential for extension to a full-time role.
  • 40 hours per week with a high degree of flexibility due to the nature of the role.
  • This role would be suited to someone based in the East of Ireland, ideally in Dublin. 

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

  • We require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience within the Luxury Spa Industry.
  • Must have recognized Face & Body beauty qualifications i.e. NVQ.
  • Full knowledge of the professional Spa industry.
  • The candidate must also have a full driving licence.

3. Client Services Administrator 

About the Role:

This role is to provide a high level of customer service to VOYA's B2B and B2C clients/customers via phone and email. Supporting the orders team and to process orders predominately for web and mail orders.

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
  • This role is based in VOYA Head Office, Sligo. 

Essential Experience 

  • A minimum of 1 year in customer service.
  • Knowledge of software programmes.
  • A minimum level of Intermediate computer skills.

  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written.
  • Positive Team player.
  • Self-driven and the ability to work on own initiative.
