Role: Business Development Manager - Ireland 

Are you passionate about building long-standing customer relationships and driving sales? Do you enjoy a diverse and remote field-based role? Then this position may be perfect for you. We are looking for an Ireland based Business Development Manager to join our sales team.

About the Role

Supporting the Sales Manager (U.K & Ireland) in increasing Sales, increasing customer accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. To oversee key B2B relationships and partners alongside being very proactive in increasing new business across Ireland and maintaining the financial growth of new and existing accounts.

Being able to identify opportunities to increase profitability and maintaining excellent customer service levels whilst increasing VOYA’s market share within Ireland are key aspects of this exciting role.

The role requires someone with a flair for achieving sales targets, who can promote and communicate about the brand to expand our customer base and equally nurture our current partners in the luxury spa and hotel industry.

Essential Qualifications

  • Sales/Business specific qualification.

Desired Qualification

  • Ideally a level of beauty training, however this is not essential.

Essential Experience

The ideal candidate must have worked within a luxury skincare brand or a luxury spa environment with an excellent sales track record. This is essential for the role.

Essential Skills

  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of the luxury retail or spa industry in Ireland.
  • Excellent sales ability in new business development within the luxury spa and retail industry.
  • Great attitude in building luxury client relations and growing each established B2B partner in Ireland.

The Ideal Candidate Must

  • Be able to work on own initiative and be a self-starter and that enjoys meeting goals and working independently.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Be a creative thinker.
  • Be highly organised and strategic.
  • Have a commercial understanding of the ROI cycle.
  • Have strength in networking and building relationships.

Location

This role will be ideally based in the Midlands or West Coast of Ireland, but this is not essential.
