Role: Head of Global Sales


This permanent, full-time position will oversee and manage our global B2B portfolio across both the spa and retail sectors for VOYA and its sister brand Sea Ór. The role is suited to a global networker who has a successful track record in securing new business and achieving sales KPI's. Being a team player with a positive attitude is essential.

**The location of the position is negotiable but it is of advantage to be based in Ireland.


A Business, Sales or Management qualification.

Essential Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in the B2B sales industry.
  • A proven track record in managing sales teams within the beauty industry (field-based).
  • Ideally 2 years’ experience within the luxury spa & retail industry.
  • A proven track record in senior management and achieving sales KPI's.

Desired experience:

A senior management position working with a luxury beauty brand is highly desirable.

Key Skills: 

  • Great communicator, leader, and negotiator.
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • This role encompasses a lot of travel under normal circumstances therefore the candidate must be capable of dealing with new changes at a fast pace.
  • The ability to work well alongside other departments.
  • Strong IT skills -  to include PowerPoint and Excel capabilities. 
  • Analytical - candidate must possess excellent reporting and analysis skills. 
  • A full clean driving license is required.
