“The theme really came from a desire to bring everything back home, both personally and as a brand. I felt this was the right moment to root the visual story in the place that has shaped so much of who we are: Sligo and its Atlantic coastline.

This year’s illustrations reflect VOYA’s relationship with the ocean: the movement, the energy and the quiet rhythm of the sea, especially along the west coast of Ireland.

There’s also a deeper layer to that inspiration. The ocean isn’t just beautiful, it’s vital and increasingly fragile. The waters surrounding Ireland support incredibly rich coastal and reef ecosystems, and they deserve care and protection. That awareness naturally fed into the work. The illustrations aren’t just about capturing a place, but about honouring it and reminding us of our responsibility towards it.”
