Key Updates on Deliveries to the United Kingdom
From January 1st, 2021 there are key updates customers need to be aware of about how their delivery to the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) will change following Brexit and the introduction of new customs rules.
From this date, deliveries made from the European Union to the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) may be subject to an additional import fee based on the value of the order placed.
All VOYA product prices are inclusive of VAT. For orders of £135.00 or less, the customer will not be subject to any additional import fees upon delivery to the United Kingdom. However, orders of £161.99 and above will be subject to an additional disbursement (import) fee required by the courier to clear the delivery into the United Kingdom.
VOYA will automatically apply a charge of £15.00 at checkout on all orders of £161.99 and above to cover this disbursement fee prior to the delivery of your order. This charge covers the import fee charged by the courier in advance of delivery and in this instance, the delivery process should be more seamless as the courier (UPS) should not seek any further payment from the recipient to deliver the package once it arrives in the UK.
Customers shipping to the United Kingdom may also notice delays in expected delivery times.
Covid-19 Delivery Updates
The health, safety and well-being of our team and customers remain our top priority during this uncertain time.
The VOYA team are working hard at home & in our warehouse to ensure your orders are processed safely. We are following the advice from the Irish Government to support our team and are complying with the recommended ‘social distancing’ advice. All team members who can work from home have been working from home since Monday 16th March 2020 and we have implemented additional safety measures and cleaning processes to protect our team who are unable to work from home.
Our order processing department is currently still operating as normal, however, at times customers may experience some delays. We would recommend that you place your order with sufficient time to ensure you receive your delivery in time, especially if your order is a gift. We would ask that you allow at least 2-3 working days from the date of submission, for your order to be processed and dispatched.
We are working closely with our external delivery partner to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. However, there may be occasions when delivery times will be delayed, as a result of COVID-19 protocols implemented by our courier partners.

VOYA Delivery Details
We deliver worldwide, safely and securely using reputable couriers.
All parcels are tracked, you will receive communication from VOYA once your order has been passed to the relevant courier. This email communication will contain a tracking code and the name of the courier used to deliver your order. This tracking code should be quoted to the relevant courier concerning any issues encountered with delivery. A delivery attempt will be made where possible by the courier and a signature is required upon delivery.
We will endeavour to deliver the Products you order to you within the timeframe outlined below, where this is practical. However, Products on our site are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control and consequently, any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or not supplying those Products to you.
Please be aware that any parcels returned to us due to non-collection will be subject to additional postage charges for resending Products. Charges for deliveries are calculated individually for each order and are added at the checkout.
Deliveries are made during working days only.
Typical delivery times for orders from the date of order dispatch are:
- Ireland and Northern Ireland: 2 Working Days
- United Kingdom: 2 - 3 Working Days
- EU and Channel Islands: 3 - 7 Working Days
- USA & Canada: 2 - 7 Working Days
- R.O.W. (Rest of World): 5 - 10 Working Days
- The abovementioned delivery times are estimates only and deliveries may take longer than stated times above.
- Delivery times are calculated based on the date the order is dispatched from the VOYA warehouse.
- During peak promotional periods, i.e. Black Friday Weekend and the Christmas Holiday Period, there may be some delays concerning delivery times.
- Deliveries are made during working days only - there are no weekend deliveries.

Charges for deliveries are calculated individually for each order and are added at the checkout. Weight limits apply to certain countries.
Please be aware that any parcels returned to us due to non-collection will be subject to additional postage charges for resending Products.
Please note that delays may occur due to required special packaging, handling and special transport of VOYA products. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At VOYA Online, we adhere to these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may also not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Shipping costs shown on your order do not include duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Ireland. You may be subject to additional import duties, taxes or fees assessed once your shipment(s) reaches the destination country. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of VOYA.
In respect of all Products dispatched to you outside of Ireland, you are deemed to be the importer of the Products and must, therefore, comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the Products are being delivered. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Please note that the value of your order(s) must be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes. Cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
