DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICIES
Deliveries
We will endeavour to deliver the Products you order to you within 3-5 working
days of your Account order within Ireland, where this is practical. However, Products
on our site are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are
outside of our control and consequently any dates specified for delivery are therefore
approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right
to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. In these circumstances, we will
refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have
been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages
or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do
not supply those Products
to you. At the time of delivery you may be required to validly sign-off on the delivery
of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.
For International orders we can only provide estimated delivery times.
For international orders, shipping costs shown on your order do not include duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Ireland. You may be subject to additional import duties, taxes or fees assessed once your shipment(s) reaches the destination country.
These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of the XYZ Company. When you order goods to be shipped to a foreign country, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations in connection with the shipment. Please note that the value of your order(s) must be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes. Customs may elect to open your package(s) and inspect all goods. Please contact your local customs authorities with any questions regarding fees and inspections.
Returns
Naturally we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. We recommend
that customers get a "proof of posting certificate" from your Postal Service Provider to guarantee the packages
safe return to us. Postage returns are direct costs and we regret that
they cannot be refunded except in the case of faulty products.

wish to place an order, you will need to contact us beforehand to arrange an alternative
method of payment. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Please also note the following: Mail is delivered by surface mail. Delivery times
in working days only. Please allow the following: Ireland - 1/2 days, UK - 1/7 days,
EU - 3/9 days, Non-EU - 3/12 days, USA - 18/24 days. For an exact estimate delivery time please contact

Weight limits apply to certain countries.
Please note that delays may occur in delivery due to required special packaging and handling and special transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At VOYA Online, we adhere to these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may also not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the IRE, EU, USA, Emirates to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
