Directions for use

Use one bag for a cup or two for a large mug; pour in freshly boiled water and allow the tea to brew for at least 3 to 5 minutes. VOYA's organic ingredients need this time to release all their valuable seaweed extracts. If you cover the cup while it is infusing, you will get even more natural goodness from your herbal tea
